Serv-U Hub Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (collectively, this “Agreement”) form a binding legal contract between you and Serv‑U Hub, Inc. (“Serv‑U Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using or receiving any services, applications, websites, or other products, features, and information provided by
Serv‑U Hub (collectively, the “Service”), and by downloading, installing, or otherwise using any related software or applications (collectively, the “Software”) that enable you to access or use our Service, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Any
future modifications or additions to these terms will be posted on our website or within the Service, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. Introduction
Directory Role:
SERV-U HUB Serv‑U Hub provides a digital platform that connects individuals seeking roadside assistance and related services with independent third-party service providers (collectively, “Third Party Service Providers”). We act solely as a venue and information resource. While we offer details and methods for obtaining these services, we do not supply the services ourselves and are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any Third Party Service Provider.
Venue for Connections:
The Service is designed to facilitate communication and transactions between users and third-party providers. We do not guarantee the reliability, quality, or availability of any services offered by these providers. When interacting with third parties, you should exercise
the same caution and common sense you would with any unfamiliar entity. By using our Service, you agree that Serv‑U Hub is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your dealings with third parties.
2. Acceptance and Modification of Terms
By using our Software or Service, you represent that you are legally eligible to enter into this Agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.
Serv‑U Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website or within the Service. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically, and your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates
your acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Representations and Warranties
- Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian if under 18) and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Service and Software. - Accurate Information:
You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information as required during registration and throughout your use of the Service. - Lawful Use:

4. Authorized Use and User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that you download the correct version of our Software compatible with your device. By using our Service or Software, you agree to the following:

- Refrain from transmitting any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent material.
- Avoid disrupting or interfering with the proper operation of the Service or the networks that support it.

- Present Serv‑U Hub and its affiliates in a fair and accurate manner, avoiding any negative or misleading portrayals.
- When communicating via SMS or other messaging channels, acknowledge that standard carrier messaging charges may apply and that you have consented to receive such messages.
5. License Grant and Restrictions
Serv‑U Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our Software and Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Serv‑U Hub and its licensors. You agree not to:
- License, sublicense, sell, or otherwise distribute the Service or Software to third parties.
- Modify, create derivative works of, or reverse engineer any part of the Software or Service.
- Use automated tools (e.g., web crawlers or bots) to access or collect data from the Service.
- Copy, publicly display, or otherwise reproduce any content without our written consent.
- Resell or commercialize your access to our Service or Software.
6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Any fees charged by Serv‑U Hub or by a Third Party Service Provider for services rendered are due immediately upon completion of the transaction and are non-refundable. Please note that while pricing information is available on our website, the final price for any transaction is determined at the time of service. Serv‑U Hub may periodically offer promotional rates or discounts; however, these promotions do not alter your obligations regarding fees or refunds.
7. Public Postings and User-Generated Content
Any material that you choose to post on our Service—such as profiles, reviews, images, and comments (“Public Postings”)—will be publicly accessible and treated as non-confidential. You are solely responsible for the content you share and the potential consequences of
making it public. In addition, any feedback or other communications you send to us (“Submissions”) are considered non-confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By providing Public Postings or Submissions, you grant Serv‑U Hub a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content worldwide in any media. You also waive any moral rights associated with your content.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Software, Service, and any related materials —including all intellectual property rights—are owned exclusively by Serv‑U Hub or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights to use any trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without our prior written permission.
9. Privacy and DMCA Compliance
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and explains how we collect and use your personal information. Additionally, if you believe that any content available through our Service infringes your copyright, please follow the procedures outlined under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by contacting us at support@joinservuhub.net
10. Third-Party Interactions
During your use of the Service, you may interact with third-party service providers, advertisers, or sponsors. Any transactions or communications with such third parties are solely between you and the respective third party. Serv‑U Hub is not responsible for any issues, claims, or disputes that may arise from your interactions with these external parties. You are solely responsible for ensuring your connectivity and any fees associated with accessing the Service (such as mobile data charges).
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Serv‑U Hub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your breach of this Agreement or violation of any applicable law.
- Your infringement of any third-party rights.
- Your use or misuse of the Service, Software, or any third-party services provided through the Service.
12. Termination
Serv‑U Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time and for any reason, without liability to you. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete any copies of the Software from your device.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SERV‑U HUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service or Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Use of the Service and any third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
14. Network Delays
Due to the nature of the internet and telecommunications networks, delays, failures, or disruptions may occur. Serv‑U Hub is not responsible for any such issues or any resulting damage.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Serv‑U Hub (and its licensors) for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the Service or Software shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim. Serv‑U Hub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of revenue, data, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
16. Notices
Serv‑U Hub may send you notices via email, through the Service, or by first-class mail to the address on file. Notices sent by email are deemed delivered 12 hours after sending, and those sent by mail are deemed delivered 48 hours after mailing, unless you notify us otherwise in writing. All notices must be in writing and are considered given only when actually received by Serv‑U Hub.
17. International Use
The Service is operated from within the United States and is subject to U.S. law. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with any local laws. Access from regions where the Service is prohibited is not permitted.
18. Relationship with Other Parties
By using the Service, you acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you, Serv‑U Hub, or any third-party providers. You agree not to pursue any claims against Serv‑U Hub’s officers or employees personally for any losses incurred.
19. Breaches of These Terms
If you violate any part of this Agreement, Serv‑U Hub may take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your access to the Service, blocking your IP address, or pursuing legal action.
20. Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. Serv‑U Hub may assign this Agreement to a parent company, subsidiary, or any successor in the event of a sale or merger. Any unauthorized assignment is void.
21. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey for any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
22. General Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Serv‑U Hub regarding the use of our Service and Software, and supersedes all prior communications and agreements, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
By accessing or using the Serv‑U Hub Roadside Service & Marketplace App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our Service.
