- Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn presence.

5. Growth Marketing & Analytics
- Assist in executing growth marketing campaigns to acquire new users.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize marketing spend.

6. Public Relations & Communications
- Draft press releases and media outreach materials.
- Build relationships with journalists and media outlets.

7. UI/UX Design
- Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for the Serv-U Hub app and website.
- Conduct user research and feedback sessions.
- Improve user experience with wireframes and prototypes.

8. Software Engineering
- Assist in developing and optimizing the Serv-U Hub platform.
- Debug and test new features for app functionality.
- Work on backend and frontend improvements.

9. Customer Success & Support
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and support tickets.
- Develop FAQ and help center resources.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.

- Analyze customer and provider data to optimize services.
